These seem like important points for any pedestrians to know. I really liked your point about the importance for importance to follow traffic laws. There have been a few times I’ve seen people try to cross the street before reaching a cross walk in busy traffic. They would walk out to the middle of the street where there’s an island and wait there until traffic is clear enough to cross the other half of the street. That seems potentially dangerous. When crossing the street in busy traffic, it’s important to walk to a cross walk where cars will stop for you to safely cross the street.
